RCSA Makes Key New Appointments Focused on Member Value and Protection

RCSA’s commitment to ‘Leading with Talent’ is playing out with three very important new appointments designed to improve member value, protection and communications.


Adele Last joins the RCSA team as General Manager – Membership, Partnerships and Communications, Brooke Lord as Head of Advocacy & Policy and Sarah Morgan has been engaged to deliver improved member communication experiences.

Formerly of Horner Recruitment, Adele Last brings to the RCSA management team extensive knowledge and insights on the needs of the modern recruitment and staffing firm.  Adele will work closely with CEO, Charles Cameron, Australian Partnerships Manager, Wil Wodrow and NZ Partnerships Manager, Bridgette Sinclair to ensure RCSA lives up to its purpose of being truly member-centric. 


Brooke Lord joins RCSA having formerly been an adviser to a cabinet minister and the head of government relations with Bupa.  With so many issues hitting the industry and profession Brooke’s influence and contacts will be extremely valuable across Australia and New Zealand.


RCSA  have also appointed a new media and communications expert, Sarah Morgan. Sarah is a journalist who has been working with RCSA to drive improved media influence and now extends her role to ensure our content is streamlined and fit for purpose.  Sarah is a highly compelling individual who understands what members want to read and how.
