RCSA Outstanding Contribution
“Last year was a sellout event in Australia and New Zealand with a record number of entries coming from each country,” RCSA CEO Charles Cameron said.
“The annual industry awards are our chance to honour, encourage and applaud those working in our sector who have been great ambassadors for what we do and have worked hard to be the best they can be.
“We work in a competitive industry, but it is also an industry which likes to acknowledge those who have done well and let’s face it, we also like a good party which the awards nights inevitably are.”
Mr Cameron said judges for the awards would be drawn from industry participants as well as leading and well-known HR and business professionals.
“Last year we increased the number of professionals from outside of the recruitment and staffing sector to be judges of the awards,” Cameron explained. “This proved very popular with members enjoying having fresh input and perspective on the awards and nominees.
“We have again invited a number of leading business professionals in the fields of HR and business to be judges this year, while also extending the invitation to some of our Life Members in recognition of their value to our industry and those who work within it.”
The full criteria and application guidelines can be found on the rcsa.com.au website. Applications for the industry awards close March 29 and finalists will be announced in May.
