Tech and digital recruitment specialists, Talent International, which began as a modest Perth start-up in 1995, have been named as one of Gallup’s 2019 World’s Top 40 Great Workplaces.

Talent Founder and Executive Chairman Richard Earl said it was the only recruitment company internationally to make the list and one of only two Australian winners.

Earl explained the Gallup award encompasses all industries and said it recognised Talent “as a world-leading company which has achieved exceptionally high levels of engagement through investing in its people to create a positive, supportive employee experience”.
