Do you have a story to share - we want to know what you’re hearing

We all know the workplace is changing and it is happening in ways many of us would never have expected and we want to know all about it.

From a staff member hiring a clown to be their support person at a HR meeting where he was to be told he was redundant to staff now being able to set their own wages, trends, challenges and expectations are shifting faster than many of us can keep pace with.

In the interests of professional knowledge - and because we can always do with a good laugh - we want to hear the stories you are hearing from clients and candidates about some of the more kooky developments in some workplaces.

Do you have a story to share? Perhaps you know of a company where all staff are invited to attend a yoga or meditation session weekly, or professional development programs which call for staff to trek through wild, untamed bush. Perhaps you know of a boss who lets their staff work any hours they want or of team members who have made some ridiculous demands of employers.
