Free Australian webinars to help members get through COVID-19
Wellness will be the focus of four free webinars RCSA has planned for members during April and May.
The subject of the first webinar, to be broadcast for one hour from 12.30pm on April 29, will be Mind Fitness through COVID-19.
Other webinars in the series will be:
May 5, 8.30am-9am: Mindful meditation to boost your energy
May 12, 1pm-1.30pm: Healthy at work stretch class
May 19, 2pm-2.30pm: Mindful meditation for relaxation
