The series of webinars RCSA is offering to members has proven a big success, with more planned for next month.
Wellness was the focus of first four webinars presented by GroundWork leader Bec Mitchell to help members get through the COVID-19 crisis.
RCSA Learning and Development Manager, Cheryll Seslija, has announced the inclusion of Lifeline Accidental Counsellor on July 8.
The 2.5 hour video workshop will cover:

Responding in an appropriate and compassionate manner; and

This course will give recruitment and staffing professionals the confidence and the skills necessary to support someone in their moment of need, and to be able to refer them to the most appropriate support.
The learning outcomes focuses on the basic skills required to support an individual experiencing, or affected by, domestic violence, substance abuse, anger, suicide or other mental health concerns felt during the COVID-19 pandemic.
