RCSA members will receive topical and expert advice on how to survive and thrive during the COVID-19 crisis in an interactive virtual micro-conference to be held on May 28, spanning the recruitment and staffing industry in Australia and New Zealand.
The RCSA events team has been engaging with thought leaders and innovators from within, and beyond, the industry to ensure this digital event is well placed to provide ongoing and real value to members during this time.
RCSA Re-Form will be a virtual conference for owners, consultants, managers and operations to share, adapt, compare and dare to do things differently for the good of our people, our firms and our industry.
An outstanding line-up of speakers will examine how we reform our operations, while also examining how we, as recruiters, may be able to reform the way we do business on the other side of this crisis.
The line-up of speakers includes Mark Nielsen, Dr Caroline West, Bernard Powell (NZ), Bec Mitchell, Con Marchesan, David Marquet, Digby Scott, Geoff Morgan, Greg Savage, Gus Balbontin, Matt Gribble, Michelle Rushton, Nigel Marsh and Suzie McInerney, with Andrew Klein as MC.
There is no question that there will be a new form of recruitment for the next six months and then we will have the opportunity to take those new approaches forward.
Registrants will be provided with a log-in to sign into the event platform on the day of the event.
They will then be able to:
Watch the live event program: A video stream of sessions packed full of insights from experts from the recruitment and staffing space as well as the wider business community.
Engage with pre-recorded material: Attendees will also be able to access a library of pre-recorded content which they can view at their leisure.
View the latest from our solution providers: Supporters will host dedicated pages to get you across how their solutions can drive better business for your organisation.
Revisit content: With so much on offer as part of the ReForm event, attendees will be able to revisit all content until June 30.
Cost for registration is $99 plus GST for RCSA members and $349 plus GST for non-members (GST not charged in New Zealand).
Discounts will be available for RCSA members experiencing a downturn as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
