Leadership lessons from an Aussie war hero
If anyone should know about leadership, it’s a decorated war veteran who has led soldiers into battle.
That’s where Bram Connolly learnt his most important leadership lessons, which he now passes on in his new book The Commando Way.
Bram had reached the rank of Major when he retired from the Special Forces in 2011, after a 20-year career with the Australian Army, and decided to share his military experiences that can be used by others in their everyday life.
The Commando Way looks at resilience, optimism, leadership, values and many other attributes, enhanced by Bram’s personal stories from the day he joined the Army to the day he won his Distinguished Service Medal in a battle in Afghanistan.
