Business Chick founder heading down under for RCSA’s annual Shape Conference in Hobart

She’s the face and founder of Business Chicks - a half-million strong community of businesswomen.

Entrepreneurship runs through her veins and in September, Emma Isaacs will take to the stage at the 2022 Shape Conference hosted by RCSA in Hobart.

Emma’s path to success began from a young age. At just 18, she became the co-owner of a small recruitment company. By the time she sold the business eight years later, it had grown exponentially; to add a cherry on top, she was named Australia’s Favourite Recruiter in the SEEK Awards for three years in a row.

But Emma’s success did not stop there. At the age of 25 while she was still running the recruitment company, she felt compelled to try something new.

It was by chance she was invited to an intimate event called Business Chicks and learned the fortuitous words – the brand was up for sale. She took up the offer and hasn’t looked back.

Over the past sixteen years, Emma has transformed Business Chicks from the ground up, growing it from 250 members to what it is today: a global enterprise that operates in two continents and eleven cities.

Born and raised in Sydney, Emma lives in Los Angeles with her six young children, where she heads up the now international Business Chicks.

She has certainly metamorphosied since her younger days. Emma is a serial property investor, mentor and angel investor, the bestselling author of Winging It and under her leadership, Business Chicks has raised more than A$13 million for charity.

It’s set to be a bumper event and registrations will open soon. Stay tuned for further updates on when, where and how to book so you don’t miss out on this fantastic event with one of Australia’s smartest and most impressive entrepreneurs.
