Meet the winners of Australia’s Outstanding Large Agency and Excellence in Client Service awards

The prestigious RCSA Industry Awards provide the opportunity to recognise the best of the best in the recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions sector in Australia and New Zealand. Australia’s 2021 Outstanding Large Agency and Excellence in Client Service award recipient, Nikki Beaumont shares what the awards mean to her and her team at Beaumont People.

Winning both the Outstanding Large Agency and Excellence in Client Service award this year was an extremely proud moment for me and for my team at Beaumont People - particularly following one of the most challenging years for us as an organisation.

Creating and nurturing enduring relationships with our people, clients, candidates, partners and suppliers is vital to our success and growth.

Clients and candidates have often described their experience with Beaumont People as personal, genuine, responsive, and professional; always considerate of their needs and meeting their objectives.

Maintaining this level of customer experience is at the forefront of all our decisions, so as not to lose sight of both our client and candidate needs. We work hard to create and implement tactics that ensure the ongoing and consistent delivery of a high standard of service.

The expectations, training and processes we developed and have consciously worked towards over the years, were really put to the test in 2020, when COVID brought us to our knees, testing the endurance of these relationships.

I am so proud of my team for the resilience they displayed, and their unwavering efforts to support, add value and continually nurture their relationships, wherever possible. It is why we are a standout choice as a recruitment partner and the recognition of this from the RCSA, through these Awards, cements this further.

We have entered the RCSA Award for many, many years now, walking away with various wins over this time. But the win this year, and for these two categories, felt extra special and in some way, more meaningful given the previous 18 months.

And in true Beaumont style, we never rest on our laurels! Always seeking out opportunities to improve ourselves and how we service our customers. And we are more motivated than ever to keep our title in 2022!
