RCSA CEO Charles Cameron said they received a record number of applications for the 11 categories and the winners were selected out of the 37 finalists.
“Every year the annual RCSA Industry Awards recognise the best of the best in the recruitment and staffing sector in Australia and New Zealand,” Charles said.
“These coveted awards are among the most prestigious in the sector and highlight the true outstanding achievers operating in the industry.
“After the disruption of the past year, it made me incredibly proud to read the large number of submissions and read in detail how much our members rolled up their sleeves to respond during the height of the pandemic to get New Zealand working again.”
Several new categories were introduced this year to reflect the remarkable times we have succeeded through.
“We believe it is vital that we work together as an industry to support each other to be the best professionals we can be to provide the most worthwhile and valuable service we can offer to clients and candidates alike,” Charles said.
“Nights like last night’s Industry Awards are an important part of reflecting on the year. It gives us a chance to honour and recognise those who have done well, encouraging others to learn from their example and also allows us to spend time together as industry participants just having some fun.”
