Newly elected RCSA council members announced
The RCSA council elections were held recently, and we were delighted by the record number of nominations received.
Due to the large number of nominations and increased competition this year, some nominees chose to hold social media campaigns to help boost support.
Successful nominees were contacted at the start of this month, and we are very proud to announce the appointment of 16 new council members.
There are also many council members who have been re-elected for another two-year term which starts on November 19 – the date of RCSA’s annual general meeting.
The combined vast experience of new and returning members will ensure these council bodies stay energised during the upcoming term.
The councils provide feedback to the RCSA Board on local or industry issues which is considered as part of the RCSA strategy development and direction.
Key areas of advice relate to emerging trends in the industry from technical, practice and commercial perspectives.
