RCSA Industry Awards: Kaizen Recruitment Reflects on Winning Outstanding Small Agency 2021

Kaizen Recruitment has been recognised at this year’s RCSA Industry Awards, taking home the Outstanding Small Agency award.

The RCSA Industry Awards recognise the best of the best in the recruitment industry and Kaizen Recruitment is proud to be announced the winner for Outstanding Small Agency 2021.


This RCSA award is our team’s second national industry award for the best specialist recruitment agency. It recognises our commitment to upholding the highest possible professional standards and providing exemplary service to our clients and candidates.


Winning this award is a great benchmark to review how we are doing against our peers in the industry. Considering 90% of all recruitment agencies in the Australian market have less than ten staff, to stand out in such a competitive and diverse field is a genuine accomplishment.


The RCSA awards challenged us to reflect on who we are, what we do, and how can we do things better. Critically, the awards measured our commitment to the recruitment industry, commitment to professional development, wellbeing, and inclusion and strategic achievement.


As specialist financial services recruiters, we remain steadfast in our connection and commitment to both the recruitment and financial services industries. Our focus on aligning our clients’ needs with candidate career aspirations has underpinned our strategic growth.


We’re grateful to serve the financial services industry which was deemed an essential service during COVID-19 and has grown significantly during this period.
