Submissions now open for 2021 RCSA Industry Awards

Submissions are now open for the RCSA’s annual Industry Awards for Australian and New Zealand recruitment and staffing professionals and businesses.

Applicants will be given the opportunity to put their best foot forward in being recognised for their outstanding contribution to the industry with RCSA CEO Charles Cameron forecasting a record number of entries for 2021.

“Last year’s submissions were the highest to date, however given the challenges and opportunities we faced over the past year and the extraordinary achievements of our members, I’m expecting some interesting entries,” Charles says.

“For the world-at-large, this past year has been unusual to say the least. During this time, I have been incredibly proud of the work of our members and how, despite relentless change, they have stood strongly in the face of uncertainty to help shape strategies that have improved our sector’s vital work, immeasurably.

“It has never been more important than right now to acknowledge and elevate the leaders, professionals and businesses who have left their mark on 2020/2021 and have worked tirelessly to get people back to work, sooner.”

Charles encourages members across Australia and New Zealand to enter and says this year saw the addition of a number of categories.

“We have introduced several new categories this year to reflect the unprecedented times we have been through,” Charles says.

The 2021 Industry Awards categories include:

  • Excellence in Candidate Care

  • Excellence in Client Service

  • Excellence in Social Purpose

  • Excellence in Safety and Wellbeing Culture

  • Outstanding Small Agency 2021

  • Outstanding Medium Agency 2021

  • Outstanding Large Agency 2021

  • Recruitment Professional 2021

  • Rising Star 2021

  • Industry Leader 2021 (not limited to nominations/judged by CEO and President)

  • CEO Outstanding Contribution (not for nomination/chosen by CEO)

  • Outstanding Supplier 2021 (open for nomination/judged by Members Panel).

Recruitment and staffing professionals and businesses are encouraged to make their submissions prior to March 5 with the full criterial and guidelines available here.

Finalists will be announced on May 10.
